Dolphin Candlestick
Sandwich, MA, 1840-1860
A good pressed glass candlestick with a clamwater dolphin on a square base and a starch blue stem and petal socket. Attributed to the Boston and Sandwich Glass factory. This was constructed with two pieces joined by a wafer, a signature of the Sandwich factory. Good condition with tiny edge roughness on a single petal.
