Mahogany Ribbon Back Side Chair

A mahogany side chair with four carved ribbon back splats. The seat is over upholstered and has a bowed front. The tapered legs are molded and have H stretchers. Great early finish. A very similar, if not identical example is illustrated in "Bishop: signed H. Porter" MA origin Very good condition, some wear to corner of upper left leg
